It is very difficult to say where this game of gambling called roulette was actually born. Some people believe that this game was created in France in the early years of the 17th century by a mathematician. Another difference is the size of the table used in both these forms of roulette. In the European version of roulette, the size of the table is larger as compared to the size of the table used for American form of the game. In European roulette, the dealer swipes the chips using a stick, however, in American roulette, this job can be easily done with hands. Although all these differences are not very huge and the main differences can be noticed in the rules of both these forms.
